[Issue] Explosive issue #128

Describe the bug Explosive spams console with warnings when triggered. Also explosion's "explosion" doesnt exist in game, it gives you the blocks but doesnt physically break the blocks in the mine

To Reproduce Apply explosive, jackhammer, nuker, sphered, or any enchant for "exploding" the blocks to a pickaxe and mine with it

I have the exact same problem with explosive enchantments.

Also, the blocks arrive in the inventory but do not disappear from the mine.

Minecraft version : 1.19.2 Plugin version : 3.0.0
