Removing relict EDC(#36) incompatible with parameter list #17
Removing obsolete EDC check (an old EDC#36) which was no longer required, but also was coded in such a way that it was incompatible with the ordering of parameters for DALEC_CDEA_ACM2. CARDAMOM now able to quickly find a starting point.
