What?

Add Q8 elements with reduced integration.

Why?

Improves speed in comparison with Q9 elements.

How?

New shape functions for 8-node Serendipity Elements with reduced integration.

Testing?

4 new test cases: patch tests A, B, C, and convergence for a plane stress manufactured solution.

Anything Else?

There is a new optional input for Q8 elements in BuildMesh_GMSH.
Only works for meshes obtained from GMSH files.
