From https://github.com/GCRC/nunaliit/commit/8e8c8cb1fbd660d8ae81eea0f744dae7c8cb7cc8, the entire json-java code was embedded within Nunaliit and updated with slight changes meaning that it would no longer be up-to-date. Given that it is out of date for several years now, it should be replaced back to the official repository source code. Fixes made where applicable.
