Cannot produce Printview any more or Upload Tour

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.create a new tour or open an existing one
2.Click Printview
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see a formatted view of print file
actually get
Print error
GC2XM65:TypeError: dojo.query("span[id=\"ctl00_ContentBody_LatLon\"]", 
element)[0] is undefined

What version of the product are you using? GCTour 2.1.11313
 On what operating system? Win7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.
Using Firefox 7 or Firefox 8

Just occasionally It has created a printview for the first item but I can't 
reproduce what sequence allows that to happend

Sure you are running 2.1.11313? This version don't contain the String 
"ContentBody_LatLon" anymore - so this exception can not come from this version.

You are absolutely right.  I had clicked on the 11313 link & I thought 
it had installed but when I inspected the loaded script it was still 11293.
I installed 11313 again and now it doesn't error in that way.

Now it tries to produce the printview but all maps are replaced by a 
failure box as in the attachment.  I have tried Google Maps and Osma

Windows 7 X64 and XP  Both using FF8 and Greasemonkey 0.9.13
