Logs missing after GPX import in GSAK #3

Not all log from GPX file are shown in GSAK.

Maybe because of the missing or wrong size ID-tag ?
length of GC ID : int(9)
length GCTour ID: int(13)

Additional test: int(13) is too long !!
->shorten to int(9) - (e.g. cut off first 3 chars)
