Download GPX does not work #61

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to geocaching.com and add a cache to a new list
2. Try to download GPX of that list
3. Check the Error message:

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: GPX-File
Instead:
[Exception... "" nsresult: "0x805e0006 ()" location: "JS frame :: 
file:///D:/07_Anwendungsdaten/Tobias/Firefox/gm_scripts/GC_Tour/gctour.user.js 
:: getGeocache :: line 8103" data: no]
  I'm sorry but an error occurs.
Please just try again, or look for an update!
If this error comes every time, please send this error report.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v 2.3.14198 Windows 7, Firefox 30

Please provide any additional information below.

I do have this issue quite a while and unfortunately don't know how to solve 
it. If I can assist you, let me know!

I just updated my Firefox to v31 and restartet it, now I can't add Caches from 
Geocaching Map any more, but when being on Geocache description, it is working 
and also the export to GPX is working!

Hatte nur einmal auf der map Seite eine Fehlermeldung

response_div not defined

nach neuladen der Seite ging es wieder.
Auf der /geocache/ Seite ging es auch gleich.

I have the same issue of not being able to download a GPX file with FF32.0.1 
and GCTour script 3.2.14249. I have the same issue under Linux and Windows 7.

I also could not add caches from the maps ... but that started working again 
after downgrading greasemonkey to version 1.10.

I am now using Win 7, Firefox 32.0.2, GCTour v 2.3.14249, Greasemonkey 2.2 and 
do have the problem of not being able to donwload the GPX only when being on 
the Geocaching Map (e.g. 
https://www.geocaching.com/map/default.aspx?lat=51.050958&lng=13.733658&zm=13&mt
=m#) but not when being on a Geocache description page (e.g. 
http://www.geocaching.com/geocache/GC567FF_breadbox-memories) the GPX download 
is working!

For the problem of not working "Add to Tour" I have added a new issue:
