doesn't connect to sheets #23

I have come to use it today and it won't connect. as far as I am aware I still pay for the service and my account is up to date. I have attached the error code

ScriptError: Authorisation is required to perform that action.

thank you for any help in dealing with this matter

This error usually means that the browser is using the wrong Google account because of a long-standing bug in Google's add-on system.

Please refer to the solutions at https://github.com/GCalToolkit/Sheets2GCal/issues/1#issue-842766607 and let me know if that fixes the problem.

i orignally had it open with another google account but switched on the page to the main one i use. Does it not work like that with this do i need to open another window to make it work? I have just signed up to Google workspace so trying to figure out if that is conflicting. Thank you Ben

Thanks for letting me know - hopefully Google will fix this eventually, but for now you do have to be careful when using add-ons if you use several Google accounts in the same browser profile. Everything should work normally as long as you ensure the main account with which you use Sheets2GCal is the Chrome "default" account, but if you switch regularly between accounts it's more reliable to set up a dedicated profile for each account.
