Hi Arthur, are you using multiple Google accounts in the same browser? If so, there is a long-standing bug in Google's Add-on system which causes the wrong Google account to be used if it isn't the default Chrome account.
To test this could you please try using either a separate Chrome "Profile" (Chrome menu > New Profile) or an incognito window? Either of these methods will ensure that Chrome only knows about a single Google account.
If that is indeed the problem then you can fix it by either using the new profile each time you use Sheets2GCal, or by logging out of other Google accounts in your usual profile - this should then change the default Chrome Google account to the one you need to use with Sheets2Gcal.
Hello,
Thank you for your suggestion - particularly on a Sunday. However, as I am using a work computer that is managed by my office, I can't create a new profile using Chrome. I have signed out of all the other profiles on Chrome, and then re-installed the app, but to no avail.
Its a real shame as I'd love to be able to use this functionality.
Regards, Arthur

If logging out of the other accounts didn't help then it's most likely an administrative restriction on using third-party apps, in which case I recommend that you contact your Google Admin and ask them if they can approve Sheets2GCal for your account. Here's the documentation that explains how to do this:
Many thanks - I'll ask

Hello, I am trying to install Sheets2GCal and have followed your instructions in the video in the G Marketplace. However, when I try to "Clear Sheet & Import Calendar" I am presented with an 'Error: undefined' message - please see screenshot:
I am using my arthur@premise.com email address for this. Can you help me understand why this is happening and suggest a fix? Regards, Arthur
