capture caps-lock in applications running as administrator #12

I use VisualStudio all day and need to have it in admin mode to debug websites. When VisualStudio has focus the caps-lock press is not captured. This is true for all apps that run as administrator

I had a look at the code hoping i could help here but c & python aren't really my specialty

Try to run Enso also in admin mode.
