Pull request in relation to #30

Fixes:

Extensions:

Added stationid_from_bbox function.
- Outputs a list of
- Test currently only checks if the output is the same as when I ran it for a particular bbox.
Added __repr__ method to Station with key information attributes for easier debugging.
Added type hints for readability.

@sdat2 I like this idea. I've used this as inspiration for get_stations_from_bbox() in #41. I will close this PR.
