What platform should I use to collaboratively write this? #1

Google docs seems like the easiest solution. However, that is not an open source platform and google I'd rather not use google.

Etherpad seems like a good solution, but I haven't had time to investigate it.

I'm going to get started with this. etherpad warns that files are often destroyed when they run tests. I'll take that risk, at least in the early stages.
