6 years ago Fox maximum effectiveness, there must be designated areas for posters, to keep visual clutter to a minimum. I propose, in addition to other graphic elements a large cork wall for even listings.
To create an inviting atmosphere, I propose that Decker Library install large scale graphics at key information locations, including at the enteric and at the help desk. These graphics will interact with the planes of the library, utilizing the unique ranges, surfaces and features of the space, while bridging disparate elements.
Entrance graphics will consist of the words MICA Decker Library, along with way finding elements detailing library resources and maps of booth floors. This will indicate what is within and compelling exploration.
Additionally, these graphics will utilize color. these colors will be repeated by highlight element within the library. This will draw the eye in and create a sense of unity.
