we're leaning towards having one large ink file for each character with different parts that can be accessed depending on what situation is happening in the game (which will be reflected in ink variables that control what is shown or not shown at certain times in the progression) and these ink variables will have to be set each time the player talks to an npc (by unity changing those ink variables)
