[Pause Menu] Updating (art) & Bugs #262

Update the pause menu to use art's assets https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1KwgSKjMNwBNdlJdj8CGFj1Qh5kaEwiRu

MAKE SURE TO RESET PROGRESS IF U QUIT TO MAIN MENU (ignore the progress bar thing for now) pause menu:

resume -> exits the pause menu (the play button)
quit game -> quits the game (text on blank button)
honk -> (the wheel)
meow -> (the cat)
main menu -> navigates to main menu scene (text on blank button)
settings -> navigates to settings page (the cog)

settings:

volume -> navigates to volume page ()
controls -> navigates to control page (can be blank for now)

volume:

volume sliders (already implemented)

controls:

keybinds *(does not have to be implemented now)*
