Build 2D Character Rigging System

If anyone has some relevant documentation for what they'd like, I'd appreciate it. But for right now, here's the plan for the ordering mini game (could also be used in a cut-scene):

• [ ] System for moving sprites around (While holding Taco) (I'm thinking setting up commands with Ink? Are we using Ink? I'll find out when I look at the repository)
• [ ] System for changing facial features(?) Might not actually make this, since there's already a task here.
• [ ] System for moving individual limbs (while the sprites are moving around)
