Add background for the Search engine #9

Add the Backgraound Details on Engine SearchBar.

there is simple black screen in the search home engine.

we can add situtional background GIF related to weather conditions, it will w be more interactive n pleasing. Describe alternatives you've considered over here can cconsider just simple picture or video but this consider for GPU and memory.

I will give a better background image and a better color combination. which will enhance the user experience and improve the presentation
