A utility to select image and generate a DevFest themed avatar

• User should be able to select an image, no need to upload this image anywhere
• We need to use the masking images uploaded here https://github.com/GDGHubli/devfest-profile-picture-maker/tree/main/images and let the user customize their profile picture
• Let the user download the final image

I have converted the Figma designs to code. You can find these changes in development branch.

Check out the attached video for reference. It's rough, and steps are mocked, but this can be further extended to wrap up this issue.
