[PROPOSAL] - Shift completely to Jekyll site #20

We can shift our site completely on Jekyll sites. That would be more convenient. We can add projects as per our need. Also, easy to maintain. @shubhodeep9 @rishiraj824 @AnkurSarode @yashmahajan10 @aalind0

@ashwini0529 I'd rather say make a theme for jekyll, and we can propose that to other GDG communities.

Let's make a theme for jekyll that could be used by other GDGs as well.
