Redirecting to https://www.geoportal.hessen.de/ when user just use geoportal.hessen.de #102

Description: To make it more user-friendly, the website should be callable without writing https://www Nowadays people wouldn't bother to hit the whole webaddress. For example, people just use facebook.com, gmail.com, geoportal.de, hessen.de and so on. Hence our website should also be callable with geoportal.hessen.de

How to Reproduce: 1) go to: geoportal.hessen.de, it will be redirect to https://geoportal.hessen.de/, but with error message we will get this message: grafik 2) Go to: geoportal.rlp.de, it will be redirected to https://www.geoportal.rlp.de 3) Go to: geoportal.saarland.de, it will be redirected to https://geoportal.saarland.de

Suggestions: Could be configured in such a way that if the user hits geoportal.hessen.de, it should be redirect to https://www.geoportal.hessen.de

I don't understand the basis for the assessment that this would be user-friendly and that this is how things are done nowadays. However, it would definitely be an added value.
