Permitted characters for the WMC description #68

The description of map compilations (WMC) can be done in two ways:

  1. admin menu
  2. map viewer the following characters are already allowed in the admin menu but not in the map viewer.

already solved issue in https://github.com/GDI-HE/Mapbender2.8/issues/61. Need to roll out in production. Its working in test system. https://github.com/GDI-HE/Mapbender2.8/commit/93f5df047d0bf2761639ab91f0301f6928e70c88 @karlbrink @Andreasr28
