Doc style: prioritize keyboard shortcuts over operators #4

What about changing the old "import local footage" to make it consistent with the style used new crossfade doc ?

I prefer this style because it prioritizes keyboard shortcuts (quicker) but it gives also information about the operator name.

Either is fine by me, as long as you can see the kbd shortcut at a glance. Let's do this.

Done, you can now add back your videos as regular git tracked files in the /video/ folder (they're small enough and we won't change them anytime soon so no need for git lfs) - and I'll keep uploading put the tutorials to Youtube
