Mouse trim modal tool improvements

• [ ] Try to fix drawing not showing depending on the zoom level
• [x] Add the ability to remove gaps and draw over the gaps
• [ ] Add the ability to toggle the selection mode and remove gaps when running the tool
• [x] Check if we can use the status bar to display the shortcuts? If not, use text drawing?
