Fixes for some scene related operators #426

A few scene related operators were still using the old screen.scene api instead of the 2.8x analog window.scene.

For the "Merge From Scene Strip" operator there were some further logic issues fixed here:

Add missing context parameter
Fix exception when there are no markers in the source scene
Fix misaligned strips after copy
Fix misaligned markers after copy

Oh, I forgot to add the fixes to the changelog, will do that tomorrow.

No worries, I'll update the changelog. Really cool that you fixed that. We ended up not using the scenes so much due to it hurting performances + limitations with scenes and the VSE in Blender, but it'll be a good opportunity to test it again :)
