Add more to explain what this repo is for:

tracking videos we're making at gdquest, to keep things organized now we're 4 content creators.
guideline docs, we can group them here
what people who stumble upon the repo can find that's useful for them (example of how we manage FOSS work, guidelines)
this isn't a place to ask for support or request tuts
