Hi @fancunwei95 - Great module! A few minor formatting comments:

Can you please rename your folder to "Spectral_Clustering"?
Your notebooks are missing the colab link. Could you please add that on the top? Here is an example from Karan.
Could you please rename the notebooks to 01, 02, etc.?
