Add SMTP JS Server, Mailing to "ICDECT2022@aec.edu.in"

This is currently a dummy contact form. Let's give life to it.

https://github.com/HarshaSri-Sameera/SMTP_MailServer created one. and tried implementing it on ICDECT's Contact form but no progress! Can I convert the ICDECT PHP form into HTML?
