We can setup a basic Github Action for each PR. Moving ahead we will implement more customised actions, for now any basic action would do

@kitarp29 I am a college student who does not belong to GDSC. However, I would like to try this issue.

Hi @rikuyu We welcome contributions from anyone. It's not compulsory to be a part if GDSC or a part of our College.

Moving ahead to thus issue, any basic implementation if Github actions on a Node js project will help us.
