[x] Define 3 colors for every type of insight map (gradient)
[x] Display color scale to define colors on the insight map - see https://www.syncfusion.com/blogs/post/introducing-flutter-linear-gauge-widget.aspx
[x] Label the scale with indicators such as "low" and "high"
