Added Flutter Native Splash Screen for the Instagram Clone. #16

Added splash Image in assets folder in the app directory.

With the help of flutter native splash , I'll set the logo of instagram both for the light theme as well as for dark theme user. Please assign me with this task @tanisha083

@ASHWINISHARMABTCSAI118 Native splash is already added in my PR and it is independent of the theme(issue#3) and icon(issue#13) so you can work on it separately.
