Added Flutter app for Login Screen UI #45

I have created a UI for the Login and sign-up screen as a part of my contribution to hacktoberfest'21. I am attaching the screenshots of the UI below. Do let me know if any change is required.

Issue addressed #11

Hey @Kenny-08 , firstly I'd say that this looks impressive. Well done! Just one this, please change the border radius of the Login and Register button such that it would look similar to the text form fields
