Till Now Only one of my PR is Approved every else has been either Excluded or Not Accepted after 15 Days of Review.
Can I still get my Hacktoberfest Task done of 4 PR as it's now 26 October and most of New PRs are on Review of 15 Days?

Yeah, they will not be accepted, Only matured PR's are accepted for hactoberfest event.
