This PR adds the Innovation Hub, a dedicated space for members of the GDG community to showcase their innovative ideas, projects, and research. The Innovation Hub serves as a "show and tell" platform where members can share their work, get feedback, and collaborate on new initiatives.

Key Features

• Idea Submission: Users can submit their projects, research, or innovative ideas for the community to explore.
• Voting System: Community members can upvote ideas to highlight the most popular and impactful projects.
• Spotlight on Top Ideas: Dedicated section to showcase the highest-voted projects.
• Prototyping Resources: Curated resources to help members turn their ideas into reality.

Changes Implemented

• Built a submission form for users to submit new ideas and projects.
• Implemented a voting system to rank ideas based on community feedback.
• Added a spotlight section for top-voted projects.
• Integrated a resources section with links to tools for prototyping and development.

Notes

• Encourage members to actively participate by submitting their projects and voting on others.
• Ensure submissions are moderated to maintain content quality.
