Create a header for the website, with the website name, logo and sample links.

I would like to take up this issue.

When you say header, I am assuming you are referring to the navigation bar for the website ? Was thinking about converting this project into a Vue.js project so that managing the UI components becomes easy with the virtual DOM.

You can definitely work on the issue. But as this project is absolutely meant for beginners, I wouldnt prefer doing it in vue. If youre fine implementing it with HTML, CSS and JS, I will assign you this issue.
