sync with HDL Batch Installer gamename database #19

more entries alphabetically organized based on ELF ID

I can't merge because the database contains a lot of fake id for example SCES_513.16 Grand Theft Auto - Vice City. it doesn't exist officially

I did a lot of cleaning in the database and I try to keep the same gameid with different lang

Could you point out those "fake" IDs?

this is an example but almost all games have fake ids

I haven't cleaned everything yet

I always compare IDs with redump.org datfile before merging
