New extension: Color Luminance

Description

This extension adds conditions and expressions for checking and calculating luminance of colors according to WCAG 2.0 standards.

How to use the extension

One of its uses is to check the luminance of the color of an object and then give it an outline to contrast it from the background. The luminance can be checked either by using the condition or by using the expressions.
