Updating entities fails #51

After logging in to MET does updating entities actually do anything? E.g. for eduID.at it currently says Metadata updated on: June 27, 2019, 3 a.m. (15 hours, 43 minutes ago). I then click update entities, an overlay appears with a progress bar and everything, and afterwards the message Federation entities updated succesfully is shown. But

  1. an entity registered and published within the last few hours (https://sp.emerald.com/sp) still does not appear in our federation in MET, and
  2. Metadata updated on still says June 27, 2019, 3 a.m. (15 hours, 45 minutes ago)

So it appears to me either the latter Metadata updated on is correct and clicking update entities didn't to anything useful, or the latter Metadata updated on is wrong somehow but update entities still didn't do anything useful, AFAICT. :wink:

We updated met.refeds.org and now refreshing should be working again.
