Default view of an entity's metadata should be from the federation which supplies eduGAIN #58

When one navigates to an entity, the metadata shown by default is from the federation which is first alphabetically. For example, the GÉANT Service Provider Proxy shows metadata from the Australian Access Federation initially, although arguably the home federation for this SP is SURFconext.

If the initial view is the federation which supplies eduGAIN with that metadata, it's more likely that the definitive metadata is the one you find first.

The "Home" federation info is not stored in met.refeds.org so we can't provide such UX improvement right now.
