Add FriendlyName to OIDs

Request from Thomas L at SWITCH:

I noticed that MET does only display OIDs for unknown attributes like the ones from the swissEduPerson schema, despite the FriendlyName is included in metadata.

It would be nice if for such unknown attributes the FriendlyName could be appended in parentheses.

So it would like this

• urn:oid:2.16.756.1.2.5.1.1.4 (swissEduPersonHomeOrganization) instead of just this
• urn:oid:2.16.756.1.2.5.1.1.4

In case of a missing FriendlyName it could be displayed as

• urn:oid:2.16.756.1.2.5.1.1.4 (?) to make it clear that no further information is available.

The most extreme example is probably the SWITCH attribute viewer with all out national and locally defined attributes listed: https://met.refeds.org/met/entity/https%253A%252F%252Fattribute-viewer.aai.switch.ch%252Fshibboleth/
