画面遷移を作成する（オンボ以外） #14

オンボに関しては初回起動時だけ表示する想定なので一旦後回しでも作業に支障はなさそうなので飛ばす このissueのスコープはボトムナビゲーション経由でホーム画面、ランキング画面、自分の記録画面、設定画面の間の画面遷移を作成すること

このライブラリを使う https://www.jetbrains.com/help/kotlin-multiplatform-dev/compose-navigation-routing.html 選定理由： Androidネイティブ開発でしようするナビゲーションと同じ作りなので学習コストが低い
