JLCPCB won't render a preview image or detect the PCB lengths #2

I don't if it is “normal” that JLCPCB don't give any preview image or other information from the grabber files.

Yea unfortunately this is normal (at least with most boards I've done so far). I don't know why this happens, but it views fine on other sites like OshPark, Seeed or PCBway
