Add plotting theme & colors #112

New Feature Request

Create simple, clean theme that can be applied to any ggplot figures, and will be used as default theme for all Rgemini plotting functions.

Let's also add some basic color palettes to have a convenient way to pick some basic color options.

Note: This issue was previously combined with #14 and all code is implemented on branch 14_plotting_funcs
