Turn current data coverage lookup table into table by genc_id.
Input:
dbcon
cohort
table_name (e.g., lab, can accept multiple provided as vector)
Output:
Each row is a single genc_id, each column is a table we want to check for coverage. Function returns TRUE/FALSE to indicate if data available or not (based on current definition).
3 Plots
showing both % and count of genc_ids in cohort that have an entry in corresponding table (by hospital, and discharge month) + same plot but by relevant clinical date-time variable (e.g., collection_date_time for lab); maybe even have separate plot with just overall counts of genc_ids over time per site (to illustrate which hospitals are smaller)
continuous timeline by hospital showing overlap between different tables (e.g., admdad and lab) side by side
Potentially hard code some exceptions:
ICU exists or not at that hospital
Maybe include warnings about known coverage issues (e.g., cyber attack -> outage at HRH)
