Percentage is equivalent to absolute count in terms of patient risk in the case that we have the overall count, the number of patients is easily backcalculated (i.e I can tell from this table that exactly 1 patient had medication X and is classified as low risk).
For this reason, we also suppress small percentages in our readmission indicator for the MyPractice
report (confirmed with Amol and Vlad) in order to prevent this sort of backcalculation.

I have a project which PI think small cells are important to display, as a compromise, we agreed to show percentage. See example below (low risk & intermediate risk).
This is a low priority item. We can consider implementation if: a) it's easy to do, b) it's generalize to other projects.
