Manual or notebook examples? #131

Hello OQ team,

I was wondering if there is any manual or notebook example (even beta version!) to help with using the SMTK?

Please have a look here https://github.com/GEMScienceTools/gmpe-smtk-docs noting that this documentation is not fully updated.
