Fixes bug getting finite rupture parameters without surface #71

Note that when no rupture surface is available the following assumptions are made (this may change in future):

  1. Ztor = hypocentral depth
  2. width = Square-root of area implied from magnitude and rake by PeerMSR (implies aspect ratio of 1)
  3. hypocentre in the centroid of the rupture plane
