Fix distance indexing #231

fixes indexing for classification of catalogues with more than 4000 events in a TRT.

I see that a test it's broken because the code doesn't find a file FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '../../data/tr03/cat_4001.pkl'
