- issues where subducting slab flattens off (or is otherwise not steadily getting deeper).
- final geometry for subduction crossing idl
- consider replacing complex fault with kite faults and supplying profiles directly
The test is failing because of a pygmt import but passes locally
This PR cleans a bit the subduction module and adds some new functionalities, particularly for the automated construction of profiles starting from information provided in the Slab2.0 project.
