WIP: New homogenisation pro #327

This PR includes the following changes:

  1. mosaic.py file has been modified to combine UCF and USA,
  2. use CND in place of CAN,
  3. Add south Sudan in GID_0
  4. modified contacts.shp file to remove the border between UCF and USA.

@mmpagani I think we are ready to merge this one. I added all the recent improvements, but leaving out the temporary CND solution
