Below is a summary of changes:

updated fragility_model_convert.py to be compatible with NRML 0.5
updated vulnerability_model_converter.py to be compatible with NRML 0.5
add plot_gmf.py for ground motion fields plot
change from plot_collapse_maps plot_damage_maps to include all damage states
